GLASS
Glass, as the most important part of the windows, occupies the largest part of the area, for indoor and outdoor lighting and separate role. We can according to customer's diverse needs for scientific configuration and personalized custom services. Customers can choose from a wealth of glass products to choose, to achieve functional and decorative aspects of individual needs.
Standard normal float glass, tempered safety glass or toughened glass, supper white glass, tint glass, coating glass, art glass, double hollow glass or double glazing, LOW E glass, PVB laminated safety glass, frosted glass, double glazing with grill inside, arched tempered glass, etc.
PACKING AND LOADING
1.Small goods will be packed on steel pallet or plywood box.
2.Profile surface will have plastic film cover, aluminum window and door corner would be protected by paper corner gloves.
3.Packing belt will hold goods fasten on the pallet.
4.Stretch wrap will be used for cover whole steel pallet.
AFTER-SALE SERVICE
6 years warranty for whole product, 10 years warranty for German brand hardware,10 years warranty for Austrian brand glazing and 10 years warranty for U.S.A. silicon. Life time service.

MNUFACTURING PROCESS
1. Aluminum profile preparing (Raw profile coating or other treatment).
2. Mitered and cutting process.
3. Reinforcement steel cutting and fixing.
4. Aluminum window frame and sash frame assembling.

7. Cleaning, testing packing and loading.
