Product Description

200KW 400KW 800KW 1MW 2MW 3MW 5MW 10MW Fluid bed wood chip biomass gasifier and generator power plant project introduction:
1) Preparation of Biomass (wood chips ,straw):
Required humidity of wood chips,straw should be less than 18%.
Required size should be less than 5cm. Heat value > 3200kcal/kg
2) Biomass Gasification Processing flow:
Straw, wood chips, Saw dust is feeded to fixedbed gasifier by feeder, which react with air to be fuel gas. The fuel gas will be CO, H2, CH4 ,CnHm etc. the heat value is around 950~1200kcal/Nm3.
3) Gas cleaning process:
Use water as media of purification process . Based on different temperature and ash content in different stage , choose to use different wet purification device with different capability in order to well remove tar and dust till gas quality meet the demand of IC Gen-set. Meanwhile, the cooling water can be recycled to meet zero pollution ,zero release.
4) Power generation process:
after cleaning and cooling The gas is sent to engine passed through buffer tank. Generator work to output power driven by engine. The power is distributed to each user .rated power of each unit gen-set is 400kw
5) Waste Heat Application Process:
The waste heat of IC engine are from two parts. One part: exhaust gas the temperature is around 500ºC. It can be used for boiler and heat water . the other part: the cooling water from cylinder of engine. The temperature is 60ºC. It can be used to supply hot water.
Use PLC controlling system . Track and monitor signal through sensor to control various equipments . Temperature inside gasifier and quality of gas is able to be controlled automatically. PLC controlling system enhance the stability , and efficiency of system.
