1.Brief introduction:
Disc separator is a high efficiency, large output, advanced automation equipment. Suitable for low-solids suspension, the proportion of the smaller difference between the immiscible liquid separation, is the pharmaceutical, chemical, biological products, beverage products and other industries essential equipment. The principle is based on the centrifugal force of different proportion of the material by different force, so as to achieve the purpose of separation. The new advanced automatic control is the disc separator is superior to other separation equipment characteristics.
DHC self-discharging disc separator is a self-cleaning separator, it is by the inverter and PLC and a set of electrical components control slagging mode of equipment.

2.Working Principle of disc centrifuge:
DHC self-discharging disc separator can complete two operations: liquid - solid separation (separation of low concentration slurry), referred to as clarifying operation;Liquid-liquid separation (or liquid - liquid - solid) separation (separation of emulsion), referred to as the separation operation.
Disc separator is a vertical centrifuge, the drum mounted on the top of the vertical axis, driven by the motor drive and high-speed rotation. The drum has a set of disc-shaped parts that are nested with each other. There is a small gap between the disc and the disc. Suspensions (or emulsions) are fed into the drum from a feed tube located in the center of the drum. When the suspension (or emulsion) flows through the gap between the discs, the solid particles (or droplets) in the centrifuge under the action of sediment to the disc to form a sediment (or liquid layer). The sediment slides along the surface of the disc to be separated from the disc and accumulated in the largest diameter portion of the drum, and the separated liquid is discharged out of the drum through the outlet. The role of the disc is to shorten the solid particles (or droplets) of the settlement distance, expanding the drum settling area, the drum in the installation of the disc and greatly enhance the production capacity of the separator.

5. Our filter press products

Filter plates are pressed by pressing devices and suspending liquid is pumped into the filter chamber. Solid particles and separated through filter cloth.
