High Frequency Vacuum Wood Dryer is many times faster than traditional kiln dryers. The drying process can range from several hours for thiner, softer woods to several days for thicker, harder woods.
All models include high-tech Programmable Logic Controllers. The PLC comes with common hardwood presets ready for use. The PLC automates the drying process by starting the hydraulic pump, HF generator, vacuum pump and cooling system.

The cooling system pulls the moisture into an external water tank which can then be drained. The weighing system calculates change data to show the moisture content in the wood.
lt is suitable for high-efficiency remova of wood stress (especially wood secondary dryingbalancel), fast drying of large section thick wood, fast drying of hard wood especially mahogany), fast drying of small batch wood, drying offloor and surface boards,and drying of veneers.
High Frequency Drying Features: 1. Quick dehydration, eliminate internal stress, widely used.
2. High frequency heating inside and outside at the same time, the wood is heated evenly, and the moisture is balanced.
3. Combined vacuum system quickly dehydrates and stress relief, drying in seconds.
