5 Gallon Preform Injection Molding Machine
Product Introduction
1.It adopts a thermal flow system and high-pressure injection molding to get high precision of bottle mouth, bottleneck and screw. The product has no seam and leftover bits and pieces. Save raw material. And the products have the same specification and their appearance is beautiful and smooth.
2.The injection section adopts single-screw stem horizontal injection method. The clamping molding section adopts horizontal three-work positions rotary device. It can one-mould multiple-chamber continuous production, it has high efficiency.
3.High voltage locking mould adopts energy storing device, improve production efficiency and save energy source.
4.It adopts auto stripping and auto flame treating and auto counting. Three sections are combined together to ensure the products not be polluted to meet the healthy demands of food and pharmacy trades.

5 Gallon Preform Injection Molding Machine
Guide unit:
With high precision bilinear guide, low friction coefficient, small and uniform injection and plasticizing resistance and faster injection speed, it is suitable for precise injection molding.

Molding unit:
The high strength box formwork based on finite element analysis ensures uniform force, small deformation coefficient, and prolongs the service life of die.
High rigidity T-groove formwork structure, more convenient to replace mold.

Clamping unit:
According to the special optimization design of PET bottle preform forming process, the ejecting force is greater and the ejecting speed is faster than that of the large ejector structure.

Servo motor:
Equipped with high efficiency servo motor and imported high efficiency gear pump system, power saving and water saving can be up to 20% and 50%, and noise is lower.
And the configuration of the motor of the primary or secondary oil pump is increased, the torque is larger, the load is lighter, and the forming period is shortened by more than 20 percent compared with the conventional machine.
The ceramic heating ring is used to increase temperature faster, heat preservation performance is good, and 30% electricity is saved, which can avoid bad plasticizing phenomenon due to inaccurate temperature control in the production process of the product.
The injection quantity is increased by 40% compared with that of the conventional machine, and the special brushless motor with large torque PET is provided, the plasticizing efficiency is higher, and the injection period is shorter.
The screw barrel structure specially designed for the PET special machine and the data of the corresponding working elements are seamlessly interfaced to realize the normal operation of lower plasticizing pressure, lower current and higher production capacity.
