Product Details       
1.Alkali water mixing and measuring system
A mixing unit where the alkali and water are combined thoroughly. This ensures that the alkali is evenly distributed throughout the water, promoting consistency in the quality of the alkaline solution.
The system include dosing equipment for accurately measuring and dispensing the alkali (e.g., sodium carbonate ) and water in precise proportions.
Material: Stainless steel 316 or stainless steel 304
2.Flour mixer
This dual-shaft design enhances the mixing efficiency by providing multiple points of contact between the ingredients. The mixer usually comes with adjustable speed and time settings. Safety features such as emergency stops and interlocking mechanisms are incorporated to ensure the well-being of operators and prevent accidents during operation. mixers are designed with a discharge system
3.Dough aging machine
Dough aging machines consist of a chamber where the dough is placed for the aging process. The chamber designed to accommodate batches of dough of various sizes.
                   The machine provides a controlled environment in terms of temperature and humidity to create optimal conditions for the dough aging process. This helps achieve consistent and desirable results.
                   Material: There are two types, round disk type and belt type.
4.Rolling machine
The machine is equipped with pairs of rollers that flatten and stretch the dough. These rollers are adjustable to control the thickness of the rolled dough.Users can adjust the gap between the rollers to control the thickness of the rolled dough.
Safety features such as emergency stop buttons and protective guards are incorporated to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of operators.
5.Steaming machine
The machine consists of a steam chamber where the noodles are placed for cooking. This chamber is designed to allow the circulation of steam to evenly cook the noodles.
                   Users can adjust the temperature and steaming time settings to control the cooking process. This feature allows for flexibility in producing noodles with different textures and characteristics.
6.Cutting and Dividing Machine
The machine is equipped with a cutting mechanism that slices through the noodle dough, creating individual noodle cake .Users can adjust the cutting length to control the size of the noodles.
                    The speed of the conveyor and cutting mechanism is adjustable. 
                    Material: There are two types ,one is square noodle cutting machine and the other is cup noodle cutting machine.
7. Hanging Basket Dryer
The dryer consists of multiple layers of hanging baskets noodle trays. These baskets are suspended vertically, allowing for efficient use of space and facilitating the drying of multiple batches simultaneously.
                    The design ensures even distribution of air across all layers,
The dryer has temperature control features to maintain the desired drying temperature. 
                    Operators can adjust the drying time settings based on the specific requirements of the food being processed. 
8. Cooling Machine
The machine includes a cooling conveyor system where the fried or cooked noodles are transported. The conveyor facilitates even cooling and prevents the noodles from sticking together.
                    An air circulation system is integrated to blow cool air onto the noodles as they move along the cooling conveyor. 
Fans or blowers are commonly used to generate the airflow for cooling. These components are strategically positioned to cover the entire surface area of the noodles on the conveyor.
                    Material: There are two types , net belt type and rod pushing type.
