The Introduction of briquette machine
Briquetting machine is used for making coal fines, coke fines, charcoal powder, carbon black, iron ore fines, cast iron fines, mill scale, manganese ore fines, phosphor gypsum and other material fines into briquettes. These briquettes can be designed of round ball shape, oval shape, oblateness , elongated shape , square shape etc. This machine is widely used in coal industry and metallurgy industry. We can design and manufacture the briquetting machine with hydraulic system based on customer's demand. It mainly consists of frame, speed reducer, upper and lower frame, spindle seat, main spindle, main bearing, coupling, king roller, side roller, wheel hub, main driven gear, ball socket deviation adjuster, bearing seat, main assemblage of papilionaceous springs, oil cylinder, piston, oil pump, feeding funnel and output belt.

Materials & Products
Requirements of Raw Materials :
A: Coal/coke/charcoal powder.
B: Metal powder: Iron powder, magnesium oxide powder, copper powder, chromium ore, lead, zinc scrap, bauxite, nonferrous metal powder, silicon manganese alloy powder etc.
C: Mineral powder: aluminum powder, toner, gypsum, sludge, desulphurization gypsum powder etc
D: Size of materials: less than 1mm, should be controlled between 30-40%; between 1-2mm, should be 30-40%; the max size should be no bigger than 3mm, with 20%.
E: Moisture of material: should be in 8-12%.

A: Shape: square,round,pillow,rhombus etc
B: Diameter of final Briquette:1.5cm-12cm ,or as per your demand

If the size is less than 5mm,don't need to use crusher,if bigger,we will match crusher for you.
(2).What is the moisutre of material?
If less than 15%,don't need to dry first,if bigger,then we need to match dryer for you at the beginning.
(3).What is the final briquette shape and size you want?
The shape can be round,pillow and square,the size can be 25~60mm,you can choose the one you prefer.
