Stable Beating-up Mechanism
The 6-link rod beating-up mechanism based on computer aided optimuum design can increase the dwell time of sley at the back to realize stable weft insertin while high-speed operation, suitable to high-speed or wide loom. Optimally-designed 4-link rod beating-up mechanism is of short stroke and small vibration, and can effect strong beating-up while high-speed operation, suitable to high-speed narrow loom.
Electronic Let-off Mechanism
Adopt servo motor driving technology to accurately mesureand keep warp tension and reduce the fluctuation of warp tension; adjust the tenskon automaticaly while loom starting to elminate tension change in the course of stopping to avold stop marks and ensure fabric quality
Electronic Take-up Device
Adopt servo motor to ensure complete synchronization of thetake-up and looms,control the pick density of fabric through computer control. the pick density of fabriccan be set freely on the touch screen instead of changin gears.additionally, through linkage operation withelectronic let-oft, the acjustment can be effected more easily
