TEST PROCEDURE Allow all materials, including specimen and test device, recover to 15-25ºC before running the assay. Take out the test card from the foil pouch and place it horizontally. Collect 50μL of the prepared specimen (serum, plasma or whole blood) into a vial of assay buffer and mix well. Then drop 3 drops (approx. 120μL) of the diluted sample into the sample hole "S" of the test card. Interpret the result in 5-10 minutes. Result after 10 minutes is considered as invalid.
INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS Positive (+): The presence of both "C" line and zone "T" line, no matter T line is clear or vague. Negative (-): Only clear C line appear. No T line. Invalid: No colored line appears in C zone. No matter if T line appears.
Principle
The dog CHW-AG test used sandwich side-flow immunotomography.The test unit has a test window to observe test runs and result readings.The test window has an invisible T (test) area and a C (control) area before the measurement runs.When the treated sample is applied to the sample hole on the unit, the liquid flows through the surface of the test strip and reacts with the pre-coated monoclonal antibody.If the specimen contains CHW antigens, a visible T-line appears.After you apply the sample, you should always display line C, which represents a valid result.In this way, the device can accurately indicate the presence of CHW antigens in the sample.
