Thanks to the combination of star wheel dosing system and dough pressure system, divider rounder has very accurate dough weight control, due to the reduced stress in the dough cell structure. Automatic divider rounder is suitable for working at dough which water content 50-65%, Oil free system, making it unnecessary to add vegetable oill for lubrication and reducing the cost. After the weight of the dough ball is determined, the pieces of dough are discharged from the pistons and desposited into rounding drum. We can get plum and smooth round shape dough ball, which weight error ±2g. Widely used in industrial production of bread dough, pizza, air bun, naan, burger embryo,sandwich,tortilla, toast, baguette and other products.
