Economical pipe plastic metal separator and its magnetic system separate can remove metal particles that may present in the plastic granuate (even when the metal particles are enclosed in the product). Metal separator can prevent metal entering injection moulding machines, which can reduce damages to moulds , hot nozzles and valves. Companies can also use this machine to protect extruders, injection moulding and blow moulding machines.

Features:
1. The metal separator can be installed directly over the feeder of an injection moulder,an extruder or a blow moulder.
2. It detects all magnetic and non-magnetic metal contaminants (steel, stainless steel, aluminium,etc.)-even when they are enclosed in the product. Metal contaminants are rejected when they enter the "reject board" separator unit.
3. It can work alone or combine with other machines.
