This Electrostatic Powder Coating Line is specially designed for limited factory space, includes a set of manual powder coating equipment, a walk-in powder booth with filter recovery, a gas type curing oven with top tracks, and a transport loading system, ideal for powder coating large and heavy workparts or big batches.

COLO-191S Powder Coating Gun
COLO-191S Manual powder coating gun is developed for easy and efficient job, suits for both beginners and specialists. Based on COLO advanced technology, complex parts with deep corner can be perfectly coated with this model.
Features
1. Unprecedented precision control of current and voltage ensuring maximum efficiency. Accurate and repeatable settings of the powder output for stable coating results.
2. The powder coating machine offers beginners 3 pre-set modes for flat work, complex profiles and re-coat operations.
3. For advanced coating jobs, it allows create and save 20 personalized programs optimized for different parts or powders.
4. Box feed type directly conveying powders from original powder carton, fast for color change.
Walk-in Powder Spray Booth
Walk-in powder spray booths are usually suitable for larger parts that are heavy or have different shapes. Operators can walk into the spray booth for powder coating operations. The side of the spray booth is equipped with a filter element recovery system, so that the powder can be recovered during the spraying operation.
Features
1. The recovery module combines high-precision filters made of 100% polyester that maximize separating efficiency.
2. Pulse jet device provides interval filters cleaning, effectively eliminates powder accumulation and prolongs filters' useful life.
3. Full parameters and functions can be handled on the PLC panel, such turning on / off fan, setting pulse-jetting time and interval, light on/off, emergency stop etc.
4. The booth body is made of powder-coated steel plate constructed for rust resistance, durability and ease of cleaning.

Manual Powder Coating Oven with Top Track
This powder coating oven is heated by gas for higher efficiency. A circulation fan cycles hot air uniformly and keeps even temperature in the chamber. Our powder coating ovens features environmental friendly, reducing operating cost and curing more parts everyday.
There are several rails on the top of the oven connect to powder coating conveyor for hanging heavy and big size workpieces.
Features 1. Using PLC system to control all heating process, accurate and conveninet.
2. Riello burner fully burns fuels (gas or diesel), quickly reach to required temperature.
3. Circulation fans causes uniform temperature in the entire chamber that results in quality cured finishes.
4. 100 mm thickness rockwool board always keeps the chamber with minimum heat loss.
5. We can custom powder coating ovens with required sizes, such as 6m, 7m, 8m, or more.
