Decoiler
Decoiler loading frame can offer different type can choose. standard type are manual,can also choose electric loading frame or hydraulic loading frame. This loading frame decoiler also can use in other type machine, customer can buy it alone.
Guiding Device Features: Ensure smooth& precise material feed. Components: steel plate platform, two pitching rollers, position stopping block. The coil is guided in the correct position and passed to the roll forming equipment.
Forming System

Rollers: design by senior engineers with Auto-cad software, manufactured with CR15 high grade steel Shaft: 100mm manufactured Supporting frame: 350H steel to guide the forming station bearing basement The finished products will change if using different material and thickness. Driving of machine:by Gear box.
Hydraulic Cutting

Function: cutting action is controlled by PLC. The main machine automatically stops and the cutting will take place. After the cutting, the main machine will automatically start.
