Product Description
Oblique full-cover cylindrical grinding machine adopts FC30 Meehanite high-grade cast iron base, and has been aging for more than 6 months to eliminate the pre-stress of the casting and guarantee no deformation. The whole base of the large CNC cylindrical grinding machine is internally constructed with a metric frame structure, with an overall net weight of 7.5 tonnes, which is firm and stable. It adopts Siemens 828D secondary development CNC system, which is simple and easy to learn, relieving customers from the pain of replacing skilled workers, and is equipped with Siemens servo motor, which has good compatibility and stable and accurate movement.
Structure
The main machine consists of bed, head, tail, grinding head, transmission and dust-absorbing device and other components. The head of the machine, the grinding head can be rotated at an angle, the fixture for grinding the thimble and chamfering the skin roller, the dynamic balancing frame, and the skin roller detector are ordered by the customer.

Automatic lubrication system

Grinding wheel head feed shaft
The grinding feed system is composed of Turcite coated V-flat track with precision spatula coupled with automatic lubrication system and precision grinding ball screw for smooth motion, excellent repetitive positioning accuracy and long track life.

Tail seat
The tail seat is designed to be both rigid and robust. A hardened alloy steel sliding cylinder encrusted in the cast iron body is designed to carry the MT4 top core. The jacking force of the sliding cylinder can be easily changed by adjustment knobs at the rear. Special accessories oil pressure tail seat with a pedal to facilitate unloading work parts.
Working head
The working head is a bearing type structure, the main shaft is fully sealed by the main shaft sleeve design, and then installed in a fixed position, and in the pulley outside the waterproof cover, can be waterproof, cutting fluid corrosion.
