Description:
The PVC edge bander can complete the pre-milling, gluing, banding, welting-six-wheel pressing, end cutting, rough trimming, fine trimming, scraping, and polishing functions automatically. It is widely used in panel furniture, custom furniture, cabinets, wardrobes, office furniture, and other wood furniture making industries. The edge banding machine can process density board, ecological board, multi-layer board, particle board, flat solid board, honeycomb board, etc.Features:
1. It is provided with the pre-milling and rough & fine trimming functions, ensuring high precision and excellent edge banding results.
2. The edge banding machine adopts an industry-leading touchscreen, which has a friendly man-machine interface and quick response.
3. This pre-milling process uses a diamond milling cutter to remove the ripple marks and burrs on the edges. So the band can be perfectly glued to the edges in order to ensure a firm and pretty banding effect.
4. It has six wheels to press the glued band to make the banding more secure.
5. The rough and fine trimming functions can trim and round the edge band, making the band more smooth and pretty.
