Product Description

Production line composition:
Automatic feeder, mixer, single screw extruder, mold, vacuum sizing water tank, spray cooling water tank, tractor, cutter, stacking rack and PLC control system.

The specially designed die head has a reasonable flow channel, the outer and inner walls of the pipe are smooth, and the internal stress is small. The energy-saving effect is high, the production line has a compact structure, and the operation is simple and smooth. It can produce safely, effectively and stably without wasting too much manpower, which greatly improves the production efficiency of the pipe.

The products have moderate rigidity and strength, good flexibility, corrosion resistance, stress cracking resistance, and good thermal melting properties. They can be used in urban water supply and gas systems.
