96 channels of simultaneous acquisition main board: NKT2020-L took the lead in using 96 channels of simultaneous acquisition main board. Special feeding system for pharmaceutical industry: NKT2020-L specially developed a special feeding system for pharmaceutical factories. Unique dry method dispersion system: NKT2020-L dispersion system is optimized based on the French theoretical data, which makes NKT2020-L disperse the dry powder more evenly, super negative pressure ensures the continuity and uniformity of the feed, and effectively avoids the adhesion of the dry powder in the test process.
Detector: NKT2020-L detector adopts a new design of combination of main detector and auxiliary detector, which ensures seamless detection in the whole range of the instrument and makes the test more accurate. The main detector is designed with an automatic centering system, which can realize one key automatic centering of the instrument and highlight the humanized design. At the same time, it can effectively avoid the damage of manual centering on the detector and effectively extend the service life of the instrument.
Dustproof and shockproof design: the whole instrument is sealed, greatly improving the service life of internal components. The unique suspension structure can effectively.avoid the interference of external vibration to the instrument, and make the result test more stable and reliable.
Automatic calibration of optical path: the combination technology of mechanical center and optical center is used exclusively, and the automatic adjustment and positioning of optical path is more accurate, reaching the micron level; at the same time, the optical path adjustment speed is faster and the fastest 15 seconds can complete the adjustment. The self-developed automatic alignment system consists of step motor, precision guide rail, precision controller and software system.
