01:PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Product Principle
<1>PREPARE STAGE
Wood chip sorting machine: Used to sort and screen wood chips obtained from sawmills, woodworking factories, etc., to remove impurities and unqualified wood chips.
Chipper machine: Used to chip wood into wood chips, usually using rotating cutting tools to chip wood into wood chips of a certain size.
<2>MIXING AND FORMING STAGE
Mixer: Equipment used to mix wood chips with adhesive and other additives uniformly, ensuring that the mixture has a certain uniformity and moisture content.
Forming machine (Particle board forming machine): Used to press the mixed wood chips and adhesive into a board shape, usually using continuous or batch forming machines for molding.
<3>TRIMMINF AND CUTTING STAGES
Trimming machine: Used to trim and edge the chipboard after hot pressing, to remove possible unevenness and excess adhesive, and to make the surface of the board flat.
Cutting machine: Cuts the trimmed chipboard into the required sizes and specifications, usually with both cross-cutting and longitudinal cutting methods.
<4>POST-PROCESSING STAGE
Gluing machine: If it is necessary to coat the surface of the chipboard with varnish or other coatings, a gluing machine may be used.
Packaging machine: Used to package the finished chipboard, usually an automated packaging equipment that can package, label, and stack according to needs.

03:PRODUCT DETAILS
Rotary drum dryer, for drying the wet wood strands/shavings, because their original moisture is high, it is not suitable for making particleboard, therefore, after be dryed by drum dryer, their end moisture will be about 2%, it is suitable and good for making particle board.
Glue blender, For spreading glue on wood strands, seperately spreading glue on surface strands and core strands
Mat forming machine, for spreading glue on wood strands, seperately spreading glue on surface strands and core strands
Continuous pre press machine, for pre pressing the particle board and make it be forming, also discharge inside air.
Multi opening hot press machine, for pressing the particleboard be in required thickness and be solid and strong.
