The plastic tube is a traditional option for packaging of cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, personal care, household products and industrial products.
The PE/PBL tube is made of multi layers of plastic materials.
For the high-class cosmetic cream packaging, the plastic tube is the best choice,because it can be made white, transparent and colored, our printing such as hot stamping also can get your products catch people's eyes.The plastic has better resilience, which ensures that after it squeezed, the tube can quickly return to its original shape and always maintain a beautiful and regular appearance. EVOH monolayer makes the tube more attractive while maintaining barrier qualities, especially from oxygen.
They are available in opaque and transparent.According to the characteristics of cosmetics and different consumer needs, plastic tube can be made into different colors, such as transparent, colored transparent, colored opaque, etc., to bring strong visual enjoyment to consumers. 3. Above tube length are the testing result after the sealing, if customer seals the tubes by himself, the tube length should increase 10-20mm.

FAQ1. Q: How many colors can you do with printing on the tubes?
A: We can do max. 8 colors with plastic tubes, and max. 6 colors with the laminated/toothpaste tubes.
2. Q: How is your MOQ of the Plastic or laminated tubes?
A: Our MOQ is generally 10,000 pieces each design/art.
3. Q: How is your leadtime?
A: It takes generally 15 to 20 days. It could be shorter in slow season; while it could be longer in peak season. But we always do our best to help deliver the urgent orders.
4. Q: Can we get some samples from you? Are you going to charge us for the samples?
A: Storage samples are always free any time. But customized samples with your art printed will cost for the mold, and it takes about 7 days to deliver customized samples.
5. Q: What is your payment term?
A: Normally 30% deposit before production and 70% balance should be paid by T/T before shipment, while it could be negotiable for the good credit old customers.
6. Q: What is the diameter range are you capable of with the plastic tube?
A: Our general diameter ranges from 13 mm to 60 mm.

Q: I'm in a difficult position to make decision between ABL or PBL for our new product. Do you have any suggestions?
A: Generally speaking, ABL tube is recommended if you are looking for better chemical resistance, while PBL tube is recommended if you are after fine printing and environmental performance.
