It's included in automatic feeding, automatic drinking water, automatic manure cleaning, and manual chicken catching.
1.Introduction to Cage Wire
1.1 The cage wire is welded with aluminum plated zinc wire, and the zinc coating content of the cage mesh material reaches 275/m ² .
1.2 The service life can reach up to 20 years.
1.3 The advantages are high strength, good elasticity, good rust prevention effect, smooth surface of the chicken cage, injection molding net at the bottom of the cage and foot pedal use,
1.4 preventing fecal leakage to the lower food trough, preventing chicken seedlings from leaking, saving manual design,Avoiding damage to chickens.
2.Cage Frame
2.1 The material strength of the cage frame Aluminized Magnesium Zinc plate can reach over 450MPa, and the galvanized coating content can reach 275g.
2.2 The legs are made of hot-dip galvanized sheet, which is firm and easy to clean. The distance between adjacent legs is 1250mm, making the frame firm and sturdy.
2.3 Due to precise processing, the diagonal tolerance is within 1.5mm. Accurate assembly, with an error of no more than 5.100px within a length of 37m.
3.Feeding System

3.1 Soli : The climbing ladder of the silo is equipped with protective railings, and the middle fender is equipped with a flow slope for easy drainage. The lower cone plate has a perspective hole for easy viewing of the feed.

3.5 Feeding trough: The feed trough is made of PVC or Aluminized Magnesium Zinc plate material, with reliable quality and small seams with high straightness.
3.6 The trough support is made of Aluminized Magnesium Zinc plate , which is sturdy and reliable.The plug-in connection structure makes the slot body sturdy, stable, and precise, and the cage frame more reliable.
3.7 The flat bottom ensures even distribution of feed, allowing chickens to eat it completely without wasting feed.
4. Automatic Manure Cleaning
4.1 The motor and reducer of the automatic manure cleaning machine adopt a horizontal direct connection combination,with a compact structure, small volume and light weight.
4.2 The manure scraping plate has a fecal scraping degree of more than 95%, and the fecal belt is clean and clean.
4.3 The longitudinal fecal belt adopts a 1.2mm PP belt with strong toughness, smooth surface, and high strength to avoid deviation and fracture of the fecal belt
5 . Automatic Drinking Water System
5.1 The drinking water system consists of a twisting dragon, a pressure regulator, a water line, nipples, and a drip tray.
5.2 The water pressure and height are adjusted according to the age of the chicken. Hand operated winch: Rotate the hand operated winch to adjust the waterline height.
5.3 Voltage regulator: Adjust the water output of drinking nipples for chickens of different ages.
5.4 Waterline: The water line is made of PVC material, and is equipped with a transparent steel wire hose and a centralized sewage pipeline at the end, making it easy to observe the water level and flush the water line.
5.5 There are three water dispensers on each unit of the PVC pipe for drinking water. The nipple of the water dispenser is 360 ° and hits the water, causing droplets to hang and stimulate drinking water.
5.6 These water dispensers are located in the middle of each cage. 21 broilers (2.5KG) per cage unit
6. Climate controller
6.1 Supports the collection of environmental data from 13 channels of temperature,1channel of humidity, 1channel of negative pressure,1channel of CO2,and1channel of NH3, with rich data collection and high precision.
6.2 36 ventilation levels and 26 fan units, to achieve the precise ventilation.
6.3Smart gateway and cloud server can be connected to real-time and multi-terminal sharing of breeding data,so as to realize working at home and breeding on the cloud.
