This series double column vertical lathe consists of standard model C5235 and the enlarged model CQ5250 based on model C5235. It is widely used to machine large workpieces in metallurgical,chemical,motor,mine,shipping,iron &steel,m1litary industries etc.It can be used in machining thecylindrical surface,inner hole,end face,internal and externa circular surface of workpiece,especilly 30T workpiece.This machine has been improvedon thefollowing aspects:
1.Columns,guide way and the whole machine are wdened.so the rieidity of whole machine is enhanced,especill when columns are enethened for machining large size workpieces.
2.The table is driven by a frequency conversion motor shifted byhigh and low speed,so the speed can be changed steplessly.
3.Feed motion:eft and right tool posts are controlledtwo seryo motors via a drive to achieve rapid movement,feeding movement and steplessspeed changing.Electronic hand wheel is also a standard accessory for convenient operation.
4.CNC system can be an optional accessory for feeding motor to achieve two-axis synchro-motion and circular surface processing

This machine is a universal heavy-duty double column vertical lathe. It's widely used to machine large workpieces in metallurgy,chemical industry,electrical machinery,mine,energy,shipping m1litary industries etc.It can be used in machining the end surfaceinternal and external cylindrical surface,internal and external circular surface,slotting of workpiece.
The structural characteristics ofthe machine:
1.Machine body is made by monoblock casting;it's also widerand thicker compare with traditional products.It will remain rigidwhen customers wantto heighten the column.
2.The main spindle bearing is high accuracy double roweylindrical roller bearing.The table guideway is constant flowhy drostatic guideway and equipped with constant coolant systemThose advantages make sure the high accuracy,rigidity,strength and thermal stability.
3.The main drive system is contrlled bywariable frequency speed-regulating device.The horizontal andvertical movement of both tool posts is declutch driving by feeding motor to achieve rapid movement and feeding movement. Electronic hand wheel is also a standard accessory for convenience operation.
