☆ Suitable for sawing and milling of the end tenon and step surface of the profile in the door and window, 6-axis CNC system control, easy programming, high compatibility, more efficient and more reliable.
☆ Two milling motors are installed, one realizes horizontal milling, the other realizes vertical longitudinal cutting, taking into account the end milling operation of various cross sections and strengthening the middle stick, which is more versatile.
☆ Vertical slitting saw blade Angle adjustable, wider application range.
☆ Two milling motors are controlled by five-axis CNC servo, without manual adjustment, which can be processed quickly and easily by selecting a preset program, and can continuously process profiles of different sections.
☆ Adopt precision rack and pinion feed, more stable.
1.It is suitable for sawing and milling the tenons and step surfaces of the
castellated profiles in aluminum doors and windows. It is controlled
by 5 axis numerical control system, with simple programming, high
compatibility, higher efficiency and reliability.
2.Two sawing and milling motors are installed, one to realize horizontal
milling and the other to realize vertical longitudinal cutting, which gives
consideration to the end milling operations of various cross-sections
and strengthening the center stiles, and is more versatile.
3.The angle of vertical and longitudinal cutting saw blade is adjustable,
and the application range is wider.
4.The two milling motors are controlled by five-axis numerical control
servo, without manual adjustment, and can finish machining quickly
and conveniently by selecting preset programs, and can continuously
machine profiles with different cross sections.
