The KFD oil pressure damping tensioner can be divided into three-post type and oil hydraulic type.
The main properties are:
a:When taking out yarn, it can adjust different tension in ring bobbin.
b:It can hold more than 250m/min of taking out speed with constant tension .
c:Identifying the tension yarn at any time and avoiding broken yarn effectively.
d:Finding the broken yarn at ring bobbin directly.
e:Being no open and rotating parts, the machine is not sensitive to dust and not easy to go wrong.
f:The normal tension range is 3-24CN,and suitable for 0~300D yarn.
