1.Introduction and application areas
This machine is mainly used for double-sided high-precision grinding or polishing of silicon wafers, gallium arsenide wafers, ceramic wafers, quartz crystals, and other semiconductor materials. It is also suitable for double-sided high-precision grinding or polishing of hard, brittle, thin materials such as other metals, non-metals, optical lens,
sapphires, etc.
2.Equipment characteristics
1).The optimized design of the fuselage structure adopts a gantry structure, which has good rigidity and strong pressure bearing capacity, and can meet the high-speed and stable operation under high loads.
2).The lower plate, upper plate, and sun wheel are separately
driven by motors, all of which are variable frequency motors and controlled by variable frequency speed controllers. They can work at any speed within the effective setting range, achieving smooth stopping, accelerating, decelerating, and reversing, and effectively preventing the breakage of thin and brittle work pieces.
3).The planetary gear transmission adopts a column pin tooth
structure, which is stable and impact free, and the planetary gear has a
long service life. The column pin teeth adopt a pin sleeve structure, and the pin sleeve is made of stainless steel material that has been heat-treated and hardened to prevent rust and wear. After the column pin teeth are worn, only the pin sleeve needs to be replaced, which is convenient, simple, and low in cost.
4).During the process of rising and falling, fast descent and slow
descent range are set, and the slow descent stroke is adjustable within the range of cylinder stroke. The slow descent speed can also be freely adjusted according to the impact resistance of the work piece.
5).This machine adjusts and controls the machining pressure
through a precision electrical proportional valve, and can set the machining pressure according to different machining process requirements. The pressure control accuracy is high.
6).Adopting advanced PLC system and touch screen operation
panel, all process parameters and formulas can be modified and set on the touch screen, and the entire processing process can be automatically completed according to the set process parameters.
7).The gears and various moving parts are equipped with
centralized lubrication devices, which provide good lubrication and a long service life for the entire machine.
8).The safety device for lifting the upper plate can effectively
protect the upper plate from sudden falling when it reaches the top.
