Theory of operation:
Open and loosen the chemical fiber- Send the opened and loosened fiber to cotton basket by blower fan- Adjust the fix-quantity according to user's need- Load the down filler into the pillow case by blower fan, at the same time, the shaker flaps the pillow, makes it well-proportioned, plump and uneasy to change shape. With time relay for controlling the filling weight, one worker can operate the filling worktables, as they are working in turn, one by one.

Yes, usually the machines are made with 380v, 50hz, 3 phases or 220v, 50hz, single phases. If you need different, please inform us and we customize.
