Discover the innovation behind the Double Screw Conical Mixer . Expertly engineered with two asymmetrical spirals on an internal cantilever, this mixer performs both self-rotation around its own axis and revolution driven by the cantilever around the central axis of the vessel. This advanced configuration generates four types of directional forces. As the asymmetrical spirals rotate, they lift the material upwards, while the cantilever's slow revolution circulates the material in a circular motion. The synchronized rotation and revolution of the spirals draw the material inwards and disperse it outwardly in a circular path. The converging material streams at the center flow downward, filling the void at the bottom, thereby creating a comprehensive circulating flow.
