1. Cryogenic storage tank series adopts integrated design and leaves the factory after overall commissioning: the tank, pipeline, base, vaporization and pressurization are fully integrated, no installation and commissioning on site, zero distance from gas equipment, and low loss.
2. High vacuum multi-layer adiabatic winding, ultra-low heat conduction structure design, high vacuum maintenance system, and perfect multi-stage vacuum pumping process to ensure that the product has better vacuum performance.
3. Based on many years of experience in low-temperature foreign-funded enterprises and extensive research on customer needs, the internal and external pipelines are optimized to provide standard interfaces such as double charging, large-diameter pressure increase, overflow, and venting. Ensure stable gas pressure and flow under the conditions.
4. The connections between the pipelines are welded and card connected, which reduces the possibility of medium leakage, and is safer to use and easier to maintain.
5. The outer cylinder has two types of stainless steel and carbon steel paint to choose, to meet the appearance needs of different customers, according to customer requirements, independent design.

Product Description
Advantages: 1. Inner vessel:
The Austenitic stainless steel(06Cr19Ni10) material which is suitable for cryogenic working condition is adopted. The structure design is optimized and reasonable.
2. Inner pipeline:
The flexible design and inspection is to ensure the quality and appearance of the products. Unique energy-saving pipeline design can ensure the safe use of the product in any medium.
3. Outer vessel:
Using Q345R materials, it is equipped with special stainless steel transport support, and lateral lifting lugs to transport easily and reduce the installation cost greatly.
4. Vacuum insulation:
We use unique process, Vacuum pearlescent sand filling which is good thermal insulation effect and high vacuum multilayer insulation, so that our products have excellent vacuum insulation performance.
5. Valve piping system:
a.The structure is compact. The pipe length is less than that of the conventional tank, and the heat loss of the external pipe is effectively reduced.
b.The combination valve reduces the number of welded joints to improve safety and reliability, and reduce maintenance costs.
c. With all stainless steel piping design, it provides reliable performance for long service.
6. Safety:
The storage tank is equipped with a double safety discharge system with two safety valves and two bursting discs, which enables one of them to be isolated while the other is maintained or under repair.
7. Outer surface treatment:
It is shot blasted and protected with two layers of coating: high anti-corrosion primer followed by a reflective white polyurethane epoxy topcoat.
