Vertical Fabric Flammability Tester is automatically determine the flammability resistance to a vertical flame of apparel fabrics, protective fabrics, curtains and children's sleepwear.

Features: This test instrument has undergone a new model upgrade, compact design, optimized product shape, transmission structure and test structure.

The case is made with advanced CNC laser cutting and CNC bending forming process, with precise coordination and tight fit.

The surface of the cabinet is treated with electrostatic powder spraying paint process, the paint surface is firm and durable. Aluminum profile fixture side frame, black and white color matching, simple and generous.

Clamps made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, with wire-drawing surface treatment, beautiful and durable, easy to clean.

Synchronous wheel drive, coordinated with the guide rod, the operation is stable and reliable, non-contact proximity switch limit, simple structure, stable stroke, smoother and quieter operation.

The igniter can be rotated from 0° to 90°, which is convenient for flame height measurement and standard angle test.

The height, left and right positions of the igniter can be adjusted to meet the position requirements of different samples and different tests.

Standard size sample fixtures can be directly hung on different hanging rods of the instrument side frame for testing
