This machine is a six-axis CNC gear skiving machine. The machine has three CNC linear axes: radial feed axis (X-axis); axial feed axis (Z-axis); tangential movement axis (Y-axis). Three CNC rotary axes: tool rotary axis (C1 axis); table rotary axis (C2 axis); tool holder rotary axis (A axis). Four-axis linkage control can be realized.
1. Processing internal and external straight teeth, helical teeth, etc;
2. internal and external teeth processing software;
3. have micro-bevel teeth, drum-shaped teeth, K-type teeth special processing software;
4. good rigidity, stable precision, high efficiency, easy to operate;
5. the machine adopts full digital control, adopts Siemens 828D system. And with EGB electronic gear box, it replaces the function of ordinary machine tools to exchange various gears. Through the software control can realize the internal gear, external gear, helical gear and other process switching, but also can realize the drum, taper and additional asymmetric features of the gear processing, but also can be applied to the scraping processing of the hard tooth surface, can be partially replaced by the grinding process, especially the internal gear grinding.
