Specifications:
The frame of the machine is welded using buttress plate, bent steel, and section steel to ensure rigidity and safety. The drive is powered by an AC frequency motor through high-frequency joint narrow V-belts. The capstan structure is made of ZG45 steel casting blank body with a hardened layer for long service life. Capstan cooling is achieved through a water jacket system for efficient cooling.
Die Box:
The die box is a welded structure with two cavities. It includes a guide roller to ensure straight wire entry into the drawing die. The tuning roller allows for fine-tuning of the speed for optimal performance.

Machine Features

Wire Pay off system. Pay off system is usually according to the type in the picture, pneumatic lifting pulley, convenient wire threading.we can also produce hydraulic wire pay off systems.

Derusting machine. The derusting machine uses high-speed operation to twist the wire rod at different angles to remove the rust on the surface.

Drawing drum. The drum of drawing machine adopts narrow slot water cooling, which has good cooling effect. And it is not easy to enter the dust.The drum is sprayed with tungsten carbide coating to prolong the service life.

Packaging & Shipping

Package. The main machinery is packed with plastic film and fixed in the container with steel wire. Small mechanical parts are packed in wooden cases.

Shipment. We can book containers for customers according to the mechanical size. If we need LCL, we can arrange to pack and send them to the designated place.
