Cooler is used to cool the finished products by indirect cooling water .Fresh air enters into the inlet of the meat or bone powder discharge end
and the meat and bone powder enters the machine from the feed mouth, and pushes through the scraper on the blade, so that the meat and bone powder is raised in the machine, fully mixed with the air, and pushed forward to reach the cooling temperature of the material and discharged from the discharge port. During the transportation process, the meat and bone powder is in contact with the inner wall of the machine to transfer heat to the inner wall. At the same time, the cooling water enters the cooling compartment from the inlet pipe at the meat and bone powder discharge end, so that the cooling water takes away the heat from the inner wall of the machine, thus reducing the temperature of the entire inner wall of the machine and achieving the effect of cooling the fish meal. Hot air is discharged from the gas collection hood at the feeding end and enters the cyclone dust collector through the air duct. The hot air is discharged into the atmosphere through the centrifugal fan, and a small amount of dust is stored in the dust collector box of the cyclone dust collector. The discharge device (off fan) enters the screw conveyor and enters the next process. Hot water flows out of the outlet pipe at the feeding end, discharges directly, or flows into the cooling circulation tank, and continues to be recycled.

Structure of Cooler
This cooler is mainly composed of power devices, rotors, internal and external housings, air ducts, cyclone dust collectors, etc. Motors, gears and chains are power devices that drive the rotation of the rotor. The rotor composed of a spindle, blade and scraper is supported by a bearing in the body. The fan, the air collection box and the interconnected pipeline are the main equipment for air circulation. The fan and cyclone dust collector remove excess fishmeal particles in the hot air and transfer the meat and bone meal to the next process.
