Product Description Product Overview The three-way directional valve (also known as the three-way shunt valve or three-way commutator) is a specialized equipment used in the transportation system of solid materials (powder, particle, powder particle mixture, and sheet materials) to switch the flow direction of materials in the pipeline. The three-way commutator has three channels arranged at an angle, one in and two out or two in and one out. The pneumatic actuator is controlled by the switching of the electromagnetic valve. The two positions of the valve core action are detected by a limit detection switch, which is directly installed on the pneumatic actuator. When the valve is operating normally, the valve core rotates to a position. After the directional command is issued, it is turned to another position and the directional action is completed. Main features A. The shell and main components are tightly cast, with a sturdy structure, high strength, and not easily deformed, and a beautiful appearance; B. The conveying channel is smooth and clean, ensuring smooth material flow and avoiding blockage; C. There are various structural forms based on material characteristics and conveying conditions: rotating plate type, cylindrical type; D. Users can independently choose the appropriate installation angle according to the needs of the conveying pipeline; E. In situations with pressure sealing requirements, special sealing structures can be configured to fully meet the usage requirements. F. The polishing accuracy can reach 400 #, meeting the requirements of food grade and drug grade; G. Multiple materials can be selected according to customer requirements: stainless steel (SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L), carbon steel, etc; H. A comprehensive automation control system ensures efficient and reliable operation.
