It consists of frame, water tank, pipeline, water pump, air tank, transmission machine, electric machine, can finish empty barrel washing , filling , capping through several washing , fit quantify filling and auto capping. The whole working process was control by PLC, realize stability washing effect, accurate filling capacity and perfect capping effect. Automatic Decapper This de-capping machine is designed for 5 gallon / 20L bottle water fillingproduction line. It's used to pull out the cap of recycling bottle by AIRTAC air cylinder before rinsing, the decapper head is more unique and stronger. 2. Automatic rotary brushing machine The running direction of the main rotating brush and the direction of the barrel and the bottom of the barrel rotating brush reverse rotation. Barrel in the role of the dial wheel completed the revolution of one cycle, rotation around the compound motion. Washing pump constantly to the brush water spray or cleaning agent, and collected by the lower water tray into the cleaning agent tank for recycling use. 3. QGF-900 5 gallon / 20L bottle washing machine 900BPH filling production line adopts multi-channel effective station for internal washing (or according to the customer's designated washing process configuration). Including hot alkali rinse, disinfectant rinse, reflux water rinse, finished product water rinse, drip dry, etc. 4.
