II.The main structure with spec
1. Fourdrinier part: 16m fourdrinier table, the frame coated by stainless steel. 1 set of Φ850mm×3500mm vacuum couch roll.
2. Press part :
1) K press part
Top roll: 1 pc of Φ850mm×3300mm×4000mm natural marble roll.
Bottom roll: 1 pc of Φ800mm×3300mm×4000mm rubber roll,
Vacuum roll: 1 pc of Φ800mm×3500mm rubber roll, rubber shore hardness 95ºC±2.
2) Large roll press part
Top roll: 2 pcs of Φ1250mm×3300mm×4000mm rubber roll
Bottom roll: 2 pcs of Φ1250mm×3300mm×4000mm rubber roll, rubber shore hardness 98ºC±2.

3. Dryer part: 20 pcs of Φ1500×3300mm×4000mm dryer cylinder, 20 sets of blade, 4 sets of Axial-flow ventilator.

4. Calendaring part: 1 set of three-roll calendar with top roll Φ500, middle roll Φ450, and bottom roll Φ550.

5. Winding and rewinding part: 1 set of Horizontal winding machine with winding cylinder Φ1100×3200mm, 1 set of high duty frame type rewinding machine.
