1.YXL hydraulic spot vulcanizing repair machine, also known as C-clamp spot repair vulcanizer ,is an electric heating repair equipment for conveyor belt .
2.During transportation, the surface of the belt may be damaged or pierced by the conveying material.
3.Then the spot vulcanizing repair machine can be used to fix it .
4.The machine consists of frame, two heating plates, an integrated hydraulic lifter and an electric control box.
5.The frame is made of high-strength aluminum alloy, it's small size, portable,safe and reliable.
6.This machine is mainly applied to repair less than 300 * 300 dot damage.

Main FeaturesThe main parts of the joint vulcanizing machine are made of high strength aluminum alloy. It is equipped with electric cabinet and has 2-3Mpa even pressure offered by the pressure system, so it is easily operated, portably carries. It warms up by electric heating element, so it works stably with high thermal efficiency and homogeneous temperature. Now it has been widely used in the jointing and patching of various conveyor belts in the field of metallurgy, mining, cerement, electric power, wharf, building materials, chemical industry etc.
