- To adopts DA53T controller specialized used in CNC press brake machine from DELEM company, and adopts electro-hydraulic scale servo valve from Siemens company - Germany, so the system work is stable, and with high make accuracy. on the system installed grating, electro-hydraulic scale valve, and electronic amplifier of valve to make a closed circle control system, thus inspect and control the relative location and synchronous accuracy between ram and worktable precisely, let the ram keep synchronous running, and assure the press brake depth and angle.
- To adopt whole steel weld structure, frame is solid, with high rigidity and good shock absorption.
- The mechanical structure of the device main composed of frame, worktable, ram, main oil cylinder and back gauge and so on. Perfect design and make art, can to permit the accuracy of male and use effetely.
- Make art process of main construction: steel plate storage → physical and chemical inspection → steel plate ball spray treatment → steel plate CNC flame cut → cutting the weld joints → assembly welding → gas shielded welding → vibration aging treatment → mechanical work of large floor type boring → milling machine and large gantry milling machine and so on → assembly.
- Using up-driven press brake design, work is stable, operate is easy.
- The frame, ram, worktable and other main components make by large floor type boring and milling machine in on time, to permit the geometric accuracy of them.
- The material of guider adopts advanced self-lubrication material, don't need to lubricating normally.
- The designed rigidity of worktable, upright column, ram, worktable is high, the deformation of worktable and ram is small during working, the work-piece with good straightness accuracy and keep angle same.
- The ram with pressure hold time relay function on bottom limit point, to permit the work-piece accuracy.
- Crowning mechanism: upper rapid clamping fixture, which has both quick fastening and crowning function.
