4. The drum adopts an upper-suspended structure, which has good working stability, will not cause material leakage, and will not pollute the vertical shaft system, and is easy to maintain. The drum is easy to assemble and disassemble.

6.The external card-type nozzle is easy to disassemble, and there is no need to remove the drum disc when cleaning. The nozzles have large apertures, large numbers, and are not easy to clog;.
7.Imported S K F bearings are selected. The bearings have large load-bearing capacity and long service life. The oil pump is used to continuously supply oil and is automatically controlled by PLC to ensure safe and reliable lubrication.
8.The vertical shaft is a double-support balanced equal-strength structure with good fatigue resistance and good stress conditions.
9.The belt has large carrying capacity and long service life. It is convenient to replace the belt without disassembling the vertical shaft. The belt is tensioned by a spring and does not need to be adjusted after operation. The force is constant and does not slip, which is beneficial to improving the service life.
