The flying saw is one of the key equipment in the high frequency straight seam welded pipe production line. It is used for the welded pipe to cut off the welded tube under the condition of high speed movement. The cold saw cutter machine adopts professional motion control technology to track and synchronize up to high precision, ensuring the accuracy of the fixed pipe length. The sawing process is completed by a servo speed mechanism, which not only meets the requirements of the cold cutting saw, but also improves the service life of the saw blade.User-friendly human-machine interface, parameters adjustment is convenient and fast. Due to the cold cutting method, the cutting has low noise and high safety, and the sawed welded pipe section is flat and free from burrs. Servo tracking can make the length deviation of the pipe up to ±2%. At present, the device has been officially used in many countries and regions, and has benefit a lot of steel tube manufacturer.
In the process of metal sawing,the heat generated by saw blade cutting workpiece is transferred to sawdust by saw blade,and the cut piece and saw blades are kept cool. Cold saws are different from conventional friction saws, which are frictional with friction saws and cause friction saw and workpiece both temperature getting high. After cold cutting, the cutting section of high precision, inside and outside both free from burr, cutting smooth, and surface is bright and clean, and no need to do a flat head chamfering and subsequent processing ,which save the process and raw materials;The pipe will not change the material because of the high temperature caused by friction. The cold cutting process has no spark, no dust, no noise. The cold flying saw improves the sawing efficiency and is environmental conservation.
The cold cutting saw is able to cut tubes with speed up to 120m/min. An automatic control system allows to optimize blade positioning according to the tube diameter and thickness, setting the speed of feeding and rotation of the blades. This system is able to increase the quality of cut surface, no burr. In the work process eliminating mechanical clearance, reduce the influence of cold cutting saw blade. Saw blade small wastage, which reduce the production cost. Improve the machine service life.

A : We have team do strict QA. Every gearbox will be tested for 8 hours with oil inside to guarantee there is no leak. Every shaft will be inspected for the centering jumpiness. Every roller will be checked to make sure its tolerance, critical parts will be inspected for all dimensions. For HF welder, we will do factory commissioning and will test all the protection functions. For Flying computer saw, the factory inspection will also be proceeded before shipment. 6. Q: What is the warranty time for your ERW pipe machine?
A: warranty period of ERW pipe mill : 12 months after commissioning.
7. Q: How about after-sales service ?
A: We will send professional engineers to final customer's factory for machine installation , commissioning and carefully working training . The final customer will afford related cost.
