Double Facer is mainly used for corrugated paper enter into hot plants heating and molding after pasted glue, and becoming board after cooling.
Product Parameters
- Total heating plates: 16 pieces, 18 pieces, 20 pieces, 22 pieces- 2 sets of convey belt tense control device- Tension device of lower belt fixed vertically to make it easy to adjust.- Oil pressure lift device is hidden inside- Heating plate surface grinded and chromed, in accord with the national standard of pressure vessel i, all attached inspection certificates.- Pneumatic pressure adjustment can be separated to be three sections according to the thickness of the paper board.- Good steam tubes position, the temperature can be adjusted by grouping heating plates.
