MACHINE INTRODUCTION
Dry granulator is a kind of no need to add water mixing, mixing granulation, drying and other intermediate processes directly from the material powder processing for granular equipment, according to the way of feeding division, dry granulator can be divided into two forms of vertical feeding and horizontal feeding, horizontal feeding dry granulator technology is advanced, stable performance, high rate of granulation, our production of dry granulator for the horizontal feeding type.
MACHINE FEATURES
Dry powder is directly granulated without any binder;
The material is extruded and molded mechanically, without destroying the chemical properties of the material ;
The upper and lower arrangement of the press wheel eliminates the influence of gravity on the material and guarantees the uniformity of the material before tabletting;
The gap of the press wheel is adjustable, which makes the density of the flake consistent and the granulation uniform;
With hydraulic system, the hardness and density of granule can be adjusted;
The structure of the equipment is simple, and it is convenient to disassemble and clean;
Equipped with vacuum device, which makes the pressing tablets denser and the granulation rate high;
Three kinds of texture press wheels: reticule, straight texture and glossy texture, which can match the materials with different characteristics;
The control system is equipped with internal memory, which can store ten million sets of production data;
The equipment adopts PLC control, human-machine interface is beautiful and simple, easy to operate.
