Machine Structure: Crafted from premium high-grade cast iron, the main castings of the High Precision POLEDA Multifunctional Grinding Machine undergo a meticulous annealing treatment to eliminate internal stress. This ensures unwavering high precision, exceptional rigidity, and longevity. Slide Way: Both the left and right and front double V slide ways are coated with wear-resistant resin TURCITE-B and meticulously precision-scraped to ensure smoothly gliding and wear-resistant surfaces. This feature is ideal for forming and grinding applications.
Cylindrical Straight Spindle: The machine is equipped with a P4 ultra-precision angular roller bearing, which operates with low noise and no vibration. This spindle delivers high torque at high-speed rotations, making it suitable for heavy cutting and various forming grinding tasks.
Automatic Lubrication System: The machine features a sophisticated circulating automatic lubrication system. Upon starting the main spindle, lubricating oil circulates immediately, providing forced lubrication to each screw and slide. This significantly reduces the wear of the slide ways. An oil mirror is strategically installed above the column to monitor the lubrication status effectively.
