The Catheter tip molding machine (LY-J6800) is the sixth generation of tip forming equipment set out by Lonyi, which using full solid radio frequency source and air cooling and water cooling.
It has small size but long service life and variable frequency control ultra high frequency output system. It can complete various processing tasks, such as tip forming or tapering based on its system.

Heating	Frequency conversion heating, according to different products set frequency, widely compatible with different materials, different sizes of the tube processing; A super large coil will never burn out. Control system	The international first-line brand MITSUBISHI PLC, MITSUBISHI industrial screen and SMC pneumatic components make the control system long-term, precise, stable, reliable and more durable, and three or five years later, it is still stable and reliable.	Small brands or domestic PLC, industrial screen, pneumatic components.Control system can meet the use, but poor precision,stability and reliability.There is a obvious difference after a new machine be used one or two years. Three or five years later, its use needs to be maintained by constant replacement parts.
Shell material	SUS304 shell,accord with medical standards, strong appearance and won't fade.	More for aluminum shell and aluminum plate electroplating, easy to fade. Long term using, easy to pollute medical products.
