This XHF-16 Fabric Bursting Strength Tester is a powerful, multi-industry instrument that has been extensively re-designed with a modern look and a range of new features that inherently make it possible to test a wide range of materials including textiles, nonwovens Cloth, paper, cardboard, plastic and medical products.

Features:
1 . Multiple test chuck can be selected to meet different standard.
2. The test cover is a high transparent organic glass with a built-in LED clamp, which can clearly observe the test process of the sample. It is magnetite to absorb and install, and it is convenient to replace and disassemble, Integrated safety shield.
3. The sample clamping surface is a special tooth-shaped clamping surface, which is automatically and pneumatically clamped. The clamping force and bursting force of the sample are on the same axis; the uniform clamping force is adjustable; it can be used for clamping various materials in all directions hold.
4. Clamping Pressure - adjusts sample clamping pressure to the requirements of the standard.
5. Automatic Flow Control - ensures that the sample will burst in the time frame specified by the standard.
6. Diaphragm Correction - subtracts out the pressure it takes to inflate the bare diaphragm.
7. Laser Distension Measurement - many tests want the height of the bursting point.
8. Equipped with imported servo driver and motor, hydraulic oil volume rate: 8ml/min-500ml/min (adjustable) feedback adjustment is precisely controlled to ensure that the sample is broken within 20±5S. It truly reflects the bursting performance of the sample.
9. The wide test results can be directly display, such as: burst strength, burst strength, diaphragm pressure, burst height, burst time.
10. Equipped with printer interface and online interface.
11.The table surface of the instrument itself is made of special aluminum, which is light and clean, and never rusts.
