Q1: How to solve the quality problems after sales?

A: Take photos of problems and send to us. We will make a satisfied solution for you within 24 hours after we conform the problem.

Q2: What can be done if products are damaged when i receive them?

A: Don't worry. If is an item that is easily damaged, we will generally add a small amount of loss to the order to prevent it frombeing insufficient. In addition, if we are responsible for logistics, we will compensate the person in charge and compensate thecustomer.

Q3: How do you control the quality?
