Oil-immersed power transformers from TAILI are designed for high voltage power grids for the exchange of electrical energy, its mainly installed in outdoor regional substations, and voltages up to 66 kV and above. Due to the high voltage and big capacity, they are usually equiped with efficient cooling system and regulating systems, as well as with a variety of detection systems, to adapt to the needs of high-voltage grid transmission and to ensure safety.

1. Quality assurance for direct supply of key materials, like core(which made directly from TAILI by high quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet) and insulation materials(which are strictly selected by our quality control center)
2. Corrugated type tank: automatic welding, zero leakage rate, strong corrosion resistance
3. Positioning device for active-part: free core suspending, maintenance-free, safe and reliable
4. Dedicated automatic winding machine to ensure coil quality
5. Design with multiple shock absorption and noise reduction measures to ensure low operation noise

Structure
Core
1.Structure: Core is made of high permeability grain oriented cold-rolled silicon steel. The core of the new core, miter joints convolution type iron core, its legs of circular cross section multi-step, the yoke and the core of constant section.
2.Benefits: The design boosts energy efficiency and load-handling capacity. The tightly-stacked laminations form a continuous magnetic path, which is crucial for the transformer's performance.Tank
The oil-filled tank, made of steel, houses the core and windings. Its advantages include withstanding operational pressure and temperature changes, as the oil within acts as both coolant and insulator. Accessories like radiators dissipate heat, the oil conservator maintains oil level, and the pressure relief valve safeguards against overpressure.Oil Conservator
The oil conservator, usually a cylindrical or rectangular metal container, connects to the main tank via inlet and outlet pipes and has a breather pipe with a drying device. It compensates for oil volume changes due to temperature, reduces oil-air contact to slow oxidation, and prevents moisture ingress, thus maintaining oil insulation and extending transformer lifespan.

1.The payment term: We accept TT, with 30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of BL.
2.The delivery time: Usually it will take about 15 - 20 days.
3.The standard of package: Usually use a strong plywood case for protection.
4.The material of transformer: We have two types. One is with copper and the other is with aluminum. It depends on your requirement. In fact, those two are different when they are working well. The only difference is in long - term use. Copper is better and also has a higher price.
5.The logo: If you have a large quantity, it is absolutely no problem to do OEM.
