Product Description This type of generator is choose Biogas as power. Gas will be burned directly inside of engine's cylinders, then give machinery force to alternator to produce electricity power. There are mainly 3 parts on one generator set: gas engine,alternator and radiator.
Generator Supply Scope:
1. Brand new LVHUAN/YUCHAI/WEICHAI Biogas generator
2. Brand new Siemens AC atlernator, Ratings: 400/230V, 3Ph, 50Hz, 1500Rpm, 0.8PF, IP23, H insulation class
3. Radiator with engine driven fan mounted on skid.
4. Anti-vibration mountings as to ensure the compete genset running under stablilization.
5. 24V DC Electric start system and engine driven battery charger, lead-acid type starting batteries
6. Industrial silencers with flexible connects and elbow
7. Base fuel tank, with fuel gauge integrated in the base frame of generating set
8. Test report of generator, Set of drawings and O&M manuals
9.Optional Choice:Soundproof, ATS (automatic transfer switch), AMF panel, Trailer, Parallel system by your extra choose Engine Product Parameters

A: 1.0-1.63g of lubricant oil consumption per hour.
1.0 Cubic meter gas can produce 1.5-3.0kw/h power. The capacity depends on gas energy(Kcal). E.g 1.0 Cubic meter natural gas produce about 3.0-4.0kw/h
3.What is the overhaul?
A: About 30000 working hours. A week is enough to finish. We offer manual for weekly, monthly and overhaul maintenance.
4. What is the warranty?
A: 1 year. Inside this 1 year, we offer all spare parts free of charge. After this period, spare parts are not free. What's more, a set of spare parts will be shipped together with generator set free of charge.
