This mash is specially designed and made in excellent craftsmanship and quality. Its top has a stainless manhole that is easy for raw materials loading and clean. The electric heating element can heat the raw material if it's necessary. The agitator can mix the material during heating process in order to make the heating become evenly. The rake can get the waste out through the side manhole too. The false bottom can filter the wash. We can also make jacketed wall mash tun per client requirements. The jacketed mash has electric/steam heating jacket and PU thermal insulation, which makes the heating become more efficiently.

01.AGITATOR
Agitator can mix the material during heating process in order to make the mash heating
become evenly.





02.STAINLESS STEEL TOP
The stainless steel top manhole is easy for raw materials loading and clean. It can be made with glass manhole per clients requirement.





03.ELECTRIC HEATING ELEMENT
The electric heating element can heat the mash/wash in order to maintain a constant temperature. The casters can be built for the 100L to 500L mash tun for easy moving.





04.FALSE BOTTOM
The false bottom can filter the wash after the sparging with CIP rotatory cleaning ball.
The rake can get the waste out through the side manhole too.









05.FILTER FALSE BOTTOM
The filter false bottom is built in the same level of side rectangle manhole. The rake can push wall waste through this manhole after wash filtering.
