The turret milling machine, also known as the rocker arm milling machine, offers unparalleled versatility. Featuring a compact structure and small size, this machine boasts high flexibility. The milling head can rotate 90 degrees in both directions and 45 degrees front and back, while the rocker arm extends telescopically and rotates 360 degrees on the horizontal plane. This design significantly enhances the machine's operational range, making it exceptionally efficient.
Composition and Build
Crafted from high-grade cast iron, the body of our universal radial milling machine ensures high precision and longevity, thanks to artificial aging treatment. The lifting platform features rectangular guide rails with multiple contact surfaces and robust feet. After undergoing high-frequency treatment and fine grinding, the slide is plastinated to deliver exceptional motion accuracy and durability. The spindle, made of chrome-molybdenum alloy with precision angular contact bearings, undergoes tempering and fine grinding processes to provide strong cutting force and high precision.

Mechanical Characteristics of the Turret Milling Machine
The casting is made of m Mihanna cast iron, renowned for its excellent rigidity, minimal deformation, and superior stability.
The main shaft, crafted from chrome-molybdenum alloy, undergoes tempering, heat treatment, and precision grinding. It is paired with precision bearings for robust cutting force and outstanding accuracy.
The milling head gear box, constructed from cast iron, offers excellent rigidity, low deformation, and enhanced gravity, leading to more precise cutting and increased durability.
The three-axis screw features an advanced phosphorus bronze screw cap, ensuring wear resistance and extended service life.
The XY shaft slide, treated with high wave heat, exhibits superior wear resistance and longevity. The XY axis interfaces are equipped with imported wear-resistant plates, facilitating easy operation and minimal wear, which adds to the machine's durability.
An integrated lubrication system ensures uniform oil distribution across all points, guaranteeing smooth sliding operation.
This machine is 100 kg heavier than similar products, providing added stability.
Featuring a powerful 5hp motor and a high-rigidity, precision NT40 spindle, it is highly suitable for handling large parts and performing heavy-duty cutting tasks.
