Installation Instructions

Fan Installation and Maintenance Guide 1. Unpacking: Carefully unpack and ensure all components are present. Verify that no part of the fan is damaged.
2. Installation Position: Select the following points when choosing the location for installing the ceiling fan:
The installation position should be at least 2.3 meters above the ground. Keep a distance of at least 30 cm from walls or other objects. Ensure that the ceiling of the installation location can bear the weight of the ceiling fan. Ensure that there are no open flames or flammable materials around the installation location.
3. Secure the boom to the ceiling: Use a screwdriver and wrench to secure the boom to the ceiling. Ensure that the boom is firmly attached. Depending on the ceiling material, appropriate mounting screws and washers may be required.
FAQ: Q: What file format do you need for custom designs?
A: We have our own design team, so you can provide AI, CDR, or PDF files, etc. We will create clear artwork for your final confirmation.
Q: How long does it take to get samples?
A: It takes 3-5 days to produce the sample, 3-5 days to deliver it, and 7-10 days to receive the sample.
Q: Is the sample fee refundable?
A: Yes, the sample fee is refundable when the order quantity reaches a certain amount.
Q: What are your payment conditions?
A: We accept a 30% deposit and the balance payment before shipment.
Q: What certificates do you have?
A: We have CE, CB, SGS, ROHS, REACH certificates. Let us know if you need specific certificates for inspection.

FAQ Q: All products can be OEM? Can be customized design?
A: Yes, we are specialized in electric fan OEM, can produce the goods according to customized requirements from customers.
Q: Can ODM service be provided or not?
A: Yes, based on over 20 years' experience and strong technical support, we can provide ODM service either.
Q: What's the approval situation of your products?
A: Now 80% of our models are with GS/CE/CB/SAA/ROHS, which already can fulfill the requirements of majority of the countries. For some special area, like Korea and Middle East, we also have KC GCC and CETL for some models, the detail requirement of the approvals can be discussed in detail in different case.
Q: The tooling of your products are public tooling or private tooling?
A: 60% of our models are our private tooling. Electric fan is a seasonal product, we don't think public tooling model is easy control during the peak season.
Q: Who produce the motor for you?
A: we produce motors by ourselves, we also can export motor directly.
Q: Can you do SKD or CKD?
A: Yes, we can, and so far we already have success SKD and CKD experience to South America (Brazil, Argentina), South Asia (India, Bangladesh) etc. already with mature packing solution for customers.
