PE/PP washing line has two kinds: PE/PP(soft form) film,bags/sacks washing line and PE/PP(rigid form)bottle,bucket,hollow container washing line.They are some different according to their material features.
Description of PE/PP(soft form) film,bags/sacks washing line:
PE/PP(soft form) film,bags washing line includes the conveyor belt,metal detector,wet crusher,material floating,high speed friction washing,centrifuge dewatering machine,drying syetem and material collecting. We have specical crusher ,grinder machine for the film,sack with specical blades design and the mesh design.So the output material is smaller but high capacity is higher.It will help washing material more cleaning and save labor cost and save energy.You also can choose use the shredder machine to reduction the material size.It is according to you requirement. If use the shredder,the blades will lasting longer time and save blades changing labor cost.This line can come with the plastic baler machine to produce the plastic easy for transportion.Also we have hrydraluic bale cutting machine.It can shearing the bale into smaller pieces.After the shearing,we have trommel machine use to screening out the inside sand,rocks from the material.
